All Nighter

So tonight was spain vs. portugal, port port lost WOMP WOMP. Im at my great aunts house tonight because i wanted to see the game, LONG STORY on why i cant see it at my grandparents house (where i am staying at for the summer if ya'll didnt know). Well I'm like the only one up it is like 4:33 am, i did an all nighter WHOO HOO. That's what summer is all about isn't?!?! I think my great aunt will freak out when she sees me on the computer when she wakes up for work. Vietnamese people freak out about everything.

blah blah, there is this used clothes place near by i want to go to. DID you know that used clothes is called (translated) AIDS Clothes..... makes you want used clothes doesnt it?

Above is me running around a water fountain, we were all tired of walking around the park so we stopped here before leaving.

Some wilderness game, i dont really know, we didn't go in it because it looked boring. But we did take pictures in front of it.

The park is named like "Bouquet of Lotuses" translated.And behind me are lotuses in a huge pond.

There are TONS of dinosaurs around the park. We went into like a land before time kind of ride that was refreshing.

Recently a lot has been happening. I went to the water park/ theme park like 4 days ago and since there has been all these black outs where I live, i wasnt able to do more post. But im at this New York Cafe in vietnam. It is really fantastic! I am loving it here, it is the nicest cafe i have been to here in vietnam. :) or ever. Just ate some korean kim chee noodles btw haha. im in the city right now without my camera so there wont be any pictures of my trip today. but this lap top has a webcam so you get to seethe cafe!!

Wittle Black Puppies

Yesterday I forces my cousins to wake up from there afternoon slumber to have a water balloon fight with me. Above is me giving my little fatty lovable cousin the "You want some of this face". I was the oldest to play the game everyone was like 6 to 12 years old. I think vietnam has brought out the youth in me.

I swear it is sooo normal to not wear any clothes here in vietnam, well for the guys of course. I have gotten so lazy that I have started to only wear boxers around........ thats what i call FREEDOM

That same day i went to my aunts house and there were puppies!

I get sooooo bored sometimes. I was watching the house alone so i decided to turn up some music and take some pictures.

YA, YA, YA, It is pretty slow these days. I dont really do much at all these days but eat and sleep. But i suppose when in vietnam do as the vietnamese do.

So....

Computers here in vietnam wont let me go on to facebook anymore!!! I'm at an internet cafe and the lady here that uses FB says the same thing that, FB isn't working anywhere! WHY, OH WHY!!! Now she is looking at me write this blog, akward. Now she knows I am American. Which everyone says I stick out like a sore thumb anyways. Everywhere i go people already know that i am an american, or from somewhere other than Vietnam.

I wanted to take questions on my facebook and answer them here for everyone to read but now that I can't go on facebook to ask people to give me questions to answer about Vietnam, that plan wont work. Why is everyone going on tumblr? I dont think it is even fun. I had one once and really... it was lame. Get a blogspot so you can comment on my post, because i know my friends are reading my post but is seems like no one is because i have no followers or comments from anyone.

Here are some side notes
-Everyone in vietnam has nice handwriting. I mean it is AMAZING.My sister says it is because they have to hand write everything. And americans use the computer instead of writing out essays.
-No one is really scared of bugs. They make fun of me for freaking out when i seen a HUGE thing run across the room. I would be calm about it too if i lived here all my life,all these creatures would be apart of my common life.
-At night every house you pass is watching the world cup. It is pretty funny. I'm sort of getting into watching it with everyone. But i cant watch all the games because I am usually tired at 11pm and the games go on until 3am or whatever.
- So i go to sleep early, but i wake up late? i usually wake up around 11 now-a-days. But normal vietnamese people wake up around 7 if you dont have work. My grandparents wake up at like 5 in the morning. Isnt that nuts? I dont wake up early because I know i want be doing much so what is the point of waking up.
- I have been missing all of my sewing classes lately....... hahhaha. My grandma is yelling at me, she says i need to stop messing around, either be serious or just stop. I want to go, but i am just sooo lazy. I just want to skip all the beginners lessons and start making stuff.
- Oh so i started driving my grandparents moped around. (main transportation in VN)
- I am hopefully getting a hair cut today.

Just hanging out.

I go up there when it is really hot because it is actually cool up there. We have soo many black outs so it is nice to find a place that is cool to hang out in. ( No electricity= no air conditioners and fans= everyone going mad)

Just wanted to show you guys what i see.

Today I washed my clothes by hand. The machine here has been messing up a lot of my clothes like all the colors fade into each other. It makes me SOOO MAD because i didnt really bring a lot of clothes and now a few of my shirts are like tie dyed. One of my new shirts i just brought here is now gray when it once was cream....... Sad i know. All the photos above were of today june 14,2010

It was really nice out yesterday when we got to the beach. The water was warm and they didnt have that much waves. My family kept complaining about it hahaha. The wanted COLD+WAVEFILLED waters.

They Copied Dunk and Donuts........This is my sister and I (not in the photo OBVI) waiting for my Tan to get out of work. We got frozen yogart! IT WAS REALLY GOOD. The mall is called "Now Zone" btw, it has some expensive stuff there :/
